3D Welcome Bot

3D Welcome Bot puts a real-time 3D robot in the corner of your site. It works out what each page is about on its own, speaks a natural welcome message in a premium ElevenLabs voice, and turns interested visitors into leads through a chat-style console that asks one question at a time.

No third-party CDN. Audio is generated once and reused for every visitor after that. No page-speed penalty.

IT WRITES ITS OWN SCRIPT

Point it at your site and it works. The bot reads each page and builds a spoken welcome from what it finds — the H1, the title, the content, the category — so a 100-page site gets 100 different, relevant greetings without you writing any of them.

It understands where the visitor is: home page, blog post, standard page, product or shop page, contact page, category archive. Each of those gets its own message style, and each style is a template you can rewrite.

It reads content from Elementor (parsing the builder's own stored data), Gutenberg blocks and the classic editor, so it still has something to say on pages where the content field is empty. It is WooCommerce-aware, recognising shop pages, product categories and product tags.

A REAL 3D ROBOT, NOT A VIDEO OR A GIF

Three bundled robot designs, each a real-time 3D model:

• Nexus — faceted hover drone with a crystalline core, scanning visor bar and a pulsing thruster ring
• Halo — smooth core wrapped in three counter-rotating holographic rings
• Titan — armoured mech guardian with floating shoulder plates and a glowing reactor core

The 3D runs on a purpose-built WebGL renderer of about 15 KB. No three.js, no CDN request. Lighting is a single custom shader with key light, rim light and emissive glow, and the robot's accent and glow colours are yours to set.

Four entrance animations: Warp in (shockwave pulse), Rise (floats up with a glow), Materialise (hologram flicker), or none.

PREMIUM AI VOICE, BILLED ONCE

Voice comes from ElevenLabs, with the free browser voice as an automatic fallback and a caption-only mode if you want no sound at all. If a key is missing or a call fails, the bot still speaks — it never goes silent.

Audio is cached, so you pay once. Each unique message is generated a single time, written to your server, and replayed to every visitor after that for free. Long narration is split into ordered clips, so playback starts on part one while the rest is still downloading.

Four voice characters applied live in the visitor's browser, so you can change the whole personality instantly without regenerating a single clip or spending another credit:

• Natural — the raw ElevenLabs voice, untouched
• Android — tightened frequency band with a metallic shimmer
• Hologram — bright, wide and reverberant, like a projection in the room
• Cyborg — heavier ring modulation and drive

GENERATE THE WHOLE SITE IN ONE PASS

A batch tool generates voice for every page on the site with a live progress bar and running total, in small batches that never trip a shared host's time limit. A daily safety limit caps how many new clips can be created per day so a runaway job can't drain your ElevenLabs balance. Speech text is built automatically in the background and costs nothing.

CONVERSATIONAL LEAD CAPTURE

A glowing "How may I help you?" button on the speech bubble opens a console that asks for details one question at a time, like a conversation rather than a form.

• Rewrite every question, the intro and the success message
• Optional GDPR consent checkbox with your own wording

Spam handling is layered, and none of it inconveniences a real visitor: a honeypot field bots fill in, a minimum time-on-form humans always exceed, a per-IP hourly cap you set, and a security token fetched fresh when the form opens — so a page cached for days still submits successfully.

A PROPER LEADS MANAGER

Leads land in their own database table with their own admin screen, not buried in post data.

• Columns: name, email, phone, message, status, source page, received date
• Six statuses: New, Contacted, Qualified, Won, Closed, Spam
• Filter by status, search, and bulk-change or bulk-delete
• Every lead records the page it came from, the referrer, and other request details
• Private admin notes per lead
• Indexed for speed, so it stays fast as the table grows

BRANDED EMAILS, BOTH DIRECTIONS

When a lead arrives you get an email, and the visitor gets a confirmation. Both are full HTML templates you can edit in the admin, and both ship with a designed default.

• The visitor's address always goes into Reply-To, so hitting reply reaches them

BUILT TO NOT SLOW YOUR SITE DOWN

• The widget script is deferred; the 3D engine only loads after the page has finished loading
• No third-party CDN — every asset is served from your own domain
• Audio is never generated while a page is rendering — cached clips are plain static files
• Phones, low-memory devices, data-saver sessions and slow connections automatically get a lightweight 2D avatar instead of the 3D model, with the same message and the same voice

OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY SERVICE

Premium AI voice requires an ElevenLabs account and API key (a free tier is available). Without one, the bot uses the browser's built-in speech engine at no cost, or runs as a caption-only bubble.

PRIVACY

Your ElevenLabs API key is stored on your own server and is never sent to a visitor's browser — the browser only ever receives an audio file URL. Lead data stays in your own database. Uninstalling removes all settings and cached audio; captured leads are kept unless you explicitly choose to delete them.
